Hayley became a Virtual Assistant in 2019, starting off supporting local small independent business owners.

5 years later she now supports a collective of global clients with a big focus on sales, tech and business development. But Hayley had an issue.

She didn't have anyone to bounce her own ideas off, she missed her work colleagues and needed a place to get support from her peers.

In 2021 Hayley founded The VA Lounge. An online collaborative community built by VAs for VAs.

The VA Lounge offers training, support and a place to really grow your VA network.

After a successful Lounge by the Sea 2024 and 2025 we are inviting you to join us again in the wonderful seaside town of Deal.
